As you may have read from our home page introduction, a lot has happened to the CRM space in 25 years, and even though fundamental business needs have not changed, the pace of this space has exceeded light speed, past the contemporary human condition of rational adaptability. In other words, it is moving too quick and no one, in good faith can claim to be an expert. There are simply too many things to consider, details, conditions or scenarios for even the well informed to connect too. So what chance do our new prospects or customers have to get it right, without investing a lot of time and money? My view is that CRM enlightenment is a blessing of the chosen or lucky few. I just wish we were there for everyone.
