Mastering Campaigns

Mastering Campaigns will allow you to fast track SugarCRM Campaign Setup, Training & follow through. Assuming a successful Jumpstart, we will walk you through all the steps needed to set up and execute email campaigns in your production Sugar system, and will train you on how to create your own campaigns.

Leads

If your organization depends heavily on lead generation with web forms from your corporate website, the SugarCRM Leads package is for you. We’ll extend Sugar’s Web-To-Lead form functionality to assign leads across multiple teams based on an attribute of the lead (such as the lead source, product name, or a custom field). For existing customers, the logic applies only to leads created via the Web-To-Lead form.

The Train Your Team package gets your Sales Team up and running on Sugar quickly! We will train your sales team, up to 20 people, so they feel comfortable with the solution and can begin using it right away.


Admin Coaching

The Admin Coaching package is designed for a new Sugar Administrator who needs to know just the basics of how to manage the system. Your trainer will look over your (virtual) shoulder, checking your progress and making sure you understand how to administer the system. The Workflow Package is focused on creating workflow rules to help you perform actions and alerts inside of Sugar when pre-determined conditions have been met. Sugar workflow actions allow you to modify data/records inside of your system, while Workflow alerts allow you to notify users when records assigned to them on their team have been modified per one or more conditions specified by you.


SugarCRM Work Log Field

The Work Log Field Package provides for the installation and setup of a work-log field in your SugarCRM instance. This field will allow you to enter notes into a text area field (similar to the out-of-the-boxes Description fields), which will then be time stamped with the name of the user that made the entry when the record is saved.

Dependent Dropdowns

This service includes the creation of one pair of dependent dropdown fields. A dependent dropdown is one in which the selection of the value in a “primary ’’ dropdown, automatically displays a secondary dropdown field containing only the values that pertain to the specific selection from the primary field.


Guided Import

In this service package, Sugar Professional Services will work to help “prepare” the data from your existing CRM system, and ready it for importing into your SugarCRM instance. The Sugar consultant will then walk you through importing of your data into one module in Sugar (i.e. Accounts),while you follow along and ask questions. Additionally the consultant will record the session for you to review the process at your convenience.
